Shipping Policy

Processing Time 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days of purchase. Please note that made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates 

Canada: A flat-rate shipping fee of $18.00 CAD applies to all domestic orders. Free shipping is available on all Canadian orders of $150.00 CAD or more.

United States: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post based on your order's weight and destination. You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

International (Rest of World): Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx based on your order's weight and destination. You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx and may be handed off to local carriers upon arrival in the destination country. Tracking is included with all shipments and cannot be removed. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees 

International orders (including those shipped to the United States) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee. As these fees are determined by local customs authorities and can change daily, we are unable to predict or guarantee the exact amount. Moon & Glow is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
