‘Frosting’ or ‘Blooming’ is a common occurrence in natural wax candles (Moon & Glow candles are made using 100% soy wax). Many factors can influence this, including temperature changes.

Rest assured, this is purely cosmetic and does not affect the quality of your candle in any way.
