Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at Moon & Glow are final (except where required by law). We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with photo evidence of the damage, and we will make it right.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
All orders at Moon & Glow are final. In the rare event that a refund is issued, it will only be in cases where required by law (such as the EU 14-day cooling-off period), or where an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you believe you qualify for a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with your proof of purchase and photo evidence where applicable.
